bleach 4: And Your Bird Can Speak
Chad, Ichigo's friend, finds a bird that is said to bring bad luck. Chad takes the bird in but later finds out through Ichigo's sister, Karin, that the bird is the soul of a boy whose mother was killed in the past. The boy, in bird form, is hunted by a Hollow monster and Karin makes Ichigo swear to protect and save the boy.
