  Natsu vs Erza – Review and Summary:

The Magic Council discusses about the increasing number of Dark Guilds and about ways to eradicate this problem. The conversation soon turns to Fairy Tail. Siegrain is thankful that Fairy Tail was able to take care of the Eisenwald incident, going as far as saying that if anything would have happened to the Guild Masters, it would have cost the Council’s heads. This obviously irritates some members of the Council, who direct the conversation into Fairy Tail’s destructive nature. They come to a decision to make them pay. At Magnolia Town, Lucy is writing a letter to her mother. She reminisces about the Eisenwald incident and expresses her delight for being part of Fairy Tail’s strongest team. When she finishes writing, a half-naked Gray appears behind her. After she chastises him about trespassing and stripping in other people’s homes, he reminds her of Natsu and Erza’s promised battle, which Lucy had forgotten about. They leave together to watch the match. When they arrive at the battlefield, the conversation soon goes into who is the strongest member of Fairy Tail. Gray and Elfman mention Mystogan and Laxus Dreyar, but definitely nominate Erza as the strongest female. Moments later, the fight begins, and Erza changes into her Flame Empress Armor, an armor that halves the effectiveness of flames.

Natsu Eats a Village – Summary:

Alzack Connell and Bisca Mulan are searching for Makarov and Team Natsu in what is seemingly a desert, when they find a footprint. From it, they deduce that they have entered the Clover Canyon, a place even experienced hunters cannot get out of. That worries Mirajane, as the Canyon is depicted as a great natural labyrinth. Meanwhile, the group, composed of Natsu, Gray, Erza, Lucy and Makarov, under the keen leadership of Happy, is lost. In addition, they are starving since they haven’t eaten in a while. They are bickering about hunger when Happy discovers a fissure with Hane-Sakana in it. They are said to be a legendary delicacy, so everyone tries to catch them with their rods. After they catch only one of the many, they decide Happy should eat it. Happy tries it, and later screams that it’s gross.  They continue exploring until they find a village. At first they are enthusiastic, because they think there might be food there. But, as they venture into the village, they discover that it is completely empty. The houses contain fresh food in them but no inhabitants are around. This makes them suspicious of the surroundings, and Erza orders everyone (even Makarov) to investigate and not touch the food no matter how tasty they look. First, though, she decides to send Natsu, Gray, Happy and Lucy to collect some mushrooms. They do so, and while at it, they eat some.

The Strongest Team – Review and Summary:

The flute’s origins are explained, and its powers to kill anyone who hears the sound of it. Also, that the battle deciding its fate is reaching its conclusion.  Erigor is boasting about the power of his wind and Natsu is left powerless before it. The fight continues until Erigor comes out defeated by Fire Dragon’s Sword Horn. In moments, Lucy, Erza and Gray arrive. They congratulate Natsu on his victory, but their happiness is cut short when Kageyama steals their car and the flute, heading toward the Guild Master’s regular meeting spot. They are left speechless by his act, but soon chase after him.

Flame and Wind

The Oshibana station is surrounded by Erigor’s Wind Wall and Erza tries desperately to find a way out of it, trying to beat the information out of the Eisenwald Guild members she has defeated, but to no avail. Gray then comes running, and informs Erza that Erigor’s true objective is the Guild Masters’ meeting in Clover Town.  Erza is shocked to hear this, and orders Gray to look for someone named “Kage”, who she belives can dispel Magic seals. With his power, they should be able to exit the wall. Fearing the worst, Byard summons Karacka and gives him a “simple mission”. Meanwhile, Natsu is being followed by Kageyama in his Shadow Form and elsewhere, Lucy and Happy are lost trying to find Karacka. Lucy suggests they turn back to Erza, and Happy is flabbergasted by this, proclaiming Lucy is brave for trying to disobey Erza, but also feels sorry for her, because of the “things” Erza is going to do to her if she doesn’t follow her orders. Lucy’s attitude changes and they continue their search, this time eagerly.

In Clover Town, the Guild Masters League is having their annual meeting. Bob, the Master of Blue Pegasus Guild, and Goldmine, Master of Quatro Cerberus Guild, discuss with Makarov about the actions and the members of Fairy Tail Guild, with Makarov being very happy about his guild. A bird named Pii-chan arrives with a message for Makarov. As he opens the letter, Mirajane’s projection appears, and she informs him of the team Natsu, Gray and Erza formed. She thinks this is the guild’s strongest team, and wanted him to know of this. After she ends her letter,

Duke Everlue is about to crush Lucy when Happy appears and ends his struggle. Lucy summons Cancer, her crab spirit. Oblivious to Natsu’s presence, Duke Everlue summons Virgo. Lucy and Cancer easily defeat him. They take the book back to Kaby, the son of the book’s author Zekua. Kaby explains that his father considered Daybreak to be the worst book he had ever written, and intends to destroy it to protect his father’s honor. However, Lucy reveals that the book contains a secret message for Kaby from his father as an apology for neglecting him over the years while writing the book for Everlue. To Lucy’s chagrin, Natsu and Happy respectfully decline the reward as Kaby does not have as much money as he claimed he would give.

“Infiltrate the Everlue Mansion Sennyū Seyo Ebarū Yashiki

 Lucy settles into her new apartment. Unbeknown to her, Natsu and Happy enter the apartment and Lucy scolds them. She teaches the two how a wizard makes contracts with celestial spirits. Lucy summons Nicola, forms a contract with him and names him Plue. She accepts a job to steal a book entitled Daybreak from the Everlue Mansion’s corrupt owner Duke Everlue. At Fairy Tail, Makarov reviews that job has been changed to destroying the book and increased the reward. They arrive at Shirotsume and accept the request to burn the book. When Everlue rejects Lucy as a maid and insults her, the three infiltrate the mansion and successfully steal the book. However, Everlue, his maids, and his gorilla-sized celestial spirit Virgo, attacks the three. Lucy flees to the sewers, and discovers the book’s hidden secrets before being caught by Everlue. Meanwhile, Natsu takes on Everlue’s mercenaries, the Vanish Brothers, and defeats them along with Virgo.

In Magnolia, Natsu and Happy bring Lucy to the Fairy Tail guildhall in Magnolia. Joining Fairy Tail, Lucy overhears a conversation between the guild master Makarov Dreyar and Romeo Conbolt to search for his father Macao. Unable to wait for Macao, Natsu and Happy decide to go find the wizard. Lucy travels with Natsu and Happy to Mt. Hakobe and search for Macao. They encounter a monster called a Vulcan and Lucy is captured. Natsu arrives and fights him, but is thrown out of a hole. Lucy summons Taurus to fight the Vulcan, but Natsu goes back into the mountain and inadvertently knocks out Taurus. Natsu defeats the Vulcan and find out that it took control of Macao’s body. After saving Macao, the four return to Magnolia where Romeo reunites with his father.
