bleach 3: Sibling Rivalry
In this episode, Orihime and her school friend, Tasuki are attacked by the Hollow monster (who used to be Orihime's brother). Ichigo appears and attacks the Hollow (who is the spirit controlling Orihime's brother). Orihime's brother is struggling to get control, but unfortunately his sister, Orihime is almost killed. But, her soul remains. Orihime's brother gains control to say goodbye to his sister before Ichigo sends him to the Soul Society.
